GENESEO — The Big Tree Inn is adding to their patio space in order to attract more people to Main Street in Geneseo.
Big Tree Inn started construction on the new patio space, which will double their current outdoor seating, on Wednesday. General Manager Jaimie Cullinan says the project should be completed by the weekend of July 14, and open for Sunday Brunch July 15.
“We think the outdoor seating does well for us,” said Cullinan, “People, in the Rochester area especially, love to be outside.”
Once the new patio space is completed, Cullinan says he wants to be able to feature local bands, as well as have other outdoor attractions such as a fire pit or outdoor bar. Big Tree Inn remains open for regular business while the project is being completed.
