CONESUS — The Beachcomber of Conesus Lake Restaurant and Cabana Bar is celebrating new year-round bar and restaurant hours at their annual Labor Day concert on Sunday.
Beachcomber owner Mary Alice May says that the Crab Shack Restaurant and Pub is now open year-round Wednesday to Sunday at 5 p.m. Dave Matthews tribute band Big Eyed Phish and SUNY Geneseo student band Ponder the Giraffe will play at 5909 West Lake Road on Sept. 4. from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.
“This event is meant to be a farewell to summer,” said May. “Well, actually, I’d say more like a celebration.”
The cost for the event is $7 on their website here and $11 on the day of the event.
There are also limited VIP tickets that include a Special VIP area under the tent near the stage, back bar access, indoor restrooms, server to order food for you, and some free light snacks.
Attendees are looking forward to a beautiful night on the lake, even the bands.
“We’re really looking forward to playing with Big Eyed Phish and meeting some new people this Sunday,” said Aaron Murphy, guitarist of Ponder the Giraffe.
