BASEBALL: Ghent Throws Shutout Against Leadership Academy

ROCHESTER- Aaron Ghent Pitched 4 shutout innings in Avon’s 11-0 win against Leadership Academy on Friday.

Ghent gave up only 1 hit, and threw 10 strikeouts. Jimmy Gross went 2-for-3, scoring twice, and Ryan Younger went 1-for-2 with 2 RBI.

This game is Avon’s first shutout of the season, improving their record to 16-1.
