BATAVIA —The 3 seed Geneseo Blue Devils upset the 2 seed Gananda Blue Panthers.
The Blue Devils continue the winning momentum as they score 11 runs in the 2nd inning. The Blue Devils never looked back as they go on to win 21-1. This upset advances the Blue Devils to the Sectional Finals.

“This was a game I don’t think I’ll ever forget,” said head Coach Nick Drollette. “The bats are clicking at the right time of the year. Two out hits are great and so are two out runs, but I doubt I’ll ever see an 11 run inning all with two outs again. We talked before the game about exorcising some demons from last year’s semi and I think this did just that.”
The Blue Devils go on to play the 5th seed LeRoy Oatkan Knights on Thursday (5/25), time and place are to be determined.
