Lynn Auble, Dansville High School Coach stated, “Congratulations goes out to our modified girls and boys track teams as they traveled to Letchworth to take on the home team Letchworth Indians and Wayland-Cohocton Eagles.
A banner day was had by all despite the cool, rainy conditions.
First place finishes were awarded to the following mustang athletes:
Clayton Rigdon in the 55 meter hurdles
Landon Lynn in the 1500 meters
Karson Qiu in the high jump
Josh Stanley in both the shot put and the discus
Noah Gibson in the 800 meters
Cole Thompson in the 400 meters
Landon Rivera in the 200 meters
Cassy Young and Morgan Ball in the high jump
Morgan Ball in the 800 meters
Erin Birmingham in the 1500 meters
Madeleine Hurlburt in the shot put
Amelia Hurlburt in the discus
Along with both relay teams taking home the gold!
The teams will travel to Mt. Morris on Monday, May 23rd to take on the Blue Devils!
