AVON— An Avon woman was arrested on drug charges after an investigation by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office and Livingston County Probation.
According to a press release form Sheriff Thomas J. Dougherty, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the home of 44 year old Andrea Hollada to conduct a follow up investigation into facilitating Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle. During the investigation Deputies found that Hollada, who is currently on probation in Livingston County, was in possession of fentanyl and methamphetamine.
Hollada was arrested with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree. Hollada was also charged with facilitating Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree for allegedly registering a vehicle in her name and allowing Adam Fuetterer to operate it knowing his license was revoked.
Hollada was arraigned at the Livingston County Court Arraignment Part before Judge Riggi, who remanded Hollada to the custody of the Sheriff on $500 bail or $1,000 bond.
