Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty confirmed the arrest of Richard Christiano, 57, who is now charged with A-II Felony Sexual Assault. Christiano is being held in Livingston County jail without bail.
If found guilty of the alleged A-II felony Sexual Assault charges, Christiano could face a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years to life in prison.
