Geneseo– Larry Tuttle, 46, of Avon plead guilty to charges on which he was accused of raping a girl under the age of 13, dating back to 2009. Tuttle received 18 years in State Prison at the Department of Corrections and 20 years post-prison supervision. Presiding Judge Dennis S. Cohen stated that it was unlikely that Tuttle, once released, would be anything less than a Level 3 Sex Offender. As a Level 3 Sex Offender, Tuttle will be forced to check in every 90 days with an officer, on top of registering as a sex offender.
Tuttle appeared to have a couple of family members in attendance as his attorney, Kevin Van Allen announced that they had agreed to a deal with the District Attorney’s office.
Assistant District Attorney Justin Hill said afterwards, “This was what we wanted. The parties involved are satisfied with the terms.”
Another case on the docket today in Livingston County, in which Alan Fox is accused of sexual abuse of his adopted daughter, has been pushed back at the request of his attorney.
