Rochester Man Pleads Guilty To Meth Charges
ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Scott Schafer, 39, of Rochester, New York, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A. On January 31, 2019 at 6:28 am, Troopers out of SP Lima were dispatched by the Livingston County 911 center to a motor vehicle accident on Clay Street, in the town of Lima, with an unresponsive driver.
