GENESEO- A tragic accident has taken a life of a mother of two young children on Country Club Road Wednesday afternoon. Michelle Slack, 36, died at the intersection of Country Club and Lima Road when officials say she ran a stop sign and collided with a 4 x 4 truck where the driver of the other vehicle suffered minor injuries.
