LIVINGSTON COUNTY – The children’s immunization clinic scheduled for August 4, 2015 has been canceled by the County Department of Health.

According to a press release from Yvonne Oliver, M.S.Ed., Public Health Educator for the Department of Health, the normal immunization schedule will resume in September, with immunizations available at the Department of Health building on the first Tuesday of every month from 4 to 6 p.m.
“Due to circumstances beyond our control, the immunization clinic that is scheduled for August 4, 2015 will be cancelled,” said Oliver. “We will resume our regular schedule in September.”
The immunizations are intended to protect children against contagious diseases before they start the school year.
