The operator of the vehicle was identified as 40 year old Michael L. Agne from Fairport, NY. A driver’s license check revealed that Agne was driving with his driving privileges revoked. Also, during the Deputy Sheriff’s roadside investigation, he smelled the odor of marijuana
emanating from the vehicle. Further investigation revealed that Agne was in possession of marijuana and a smoking device. It was also further discovered that a passenger in the vehicle, 33 year old Jamie E. Otto-Trott of Bloomfield, NY, was in possession of Adderall pills.
Adderall is a controlled substance which Otto-Trott did not have a prescription for.
Agne was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He was issued appearance tickets for the charges and released to a third party. Otto-Trott was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree. Otto-Trott was turned over to Central Booking Deputies at the Livingston
County Jail for processing and pre-arraignment detention.
Otto-Trott was later arraigned at the Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part (LC-CAP) at the Livingston County Jail before Town of Groveland Justice David Livingston. The Judge released Otto-Trott on her own recognizance (ROR). Deputy Michael Phillips assisted on scene.
