Angelica Woman Arrested for Heroin Possession

An Angelica woman was arrested Friday after a Livingston County Sheriff’s deputy discovered heroin in the woman’s possession during a traffic stop.

Sarah J. Ehrman, 39,  was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped Aug. 3 on Interstate 390. During the traffic stop, Deputy Jason Butterbrodt found that Ehramn had 36 bags of heroin in her possession.

Erhman was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled Substance in the 7th degree. She was turned over to Central Booking Deputies at the Livingston County Jail for processing and pre-arraignment detention.

Ehrman was later arraigned at the Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part at the Livingston County Jail before Town of Leicester Judge Rich White. Ehrman was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $100 cash bail or $200 bond.
