LIVONIA – The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office arrested a driver for DWI just one day after she went to jail for the same charge.
According to Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, Sharon Davis, 54, is facing multiple charges, including a new count of felony DWI.

Investigating Deputies allege that Davis had a BAC of 0.24 at Vitale Park on Sunday, June 25.
This latest arrest is the sixth time that Davis has been charged with DWI in the past 10 years.
On Saturday, June 24, the Geneseo Police Department arrested Davis for felony DWI after she allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign. That time, she went to jail on $5,000 cash bail.
On Sunday, Davis went back to the Livingston County Jail. As of 1:15 p.m. Monday, the Sheriff’s Office says that she is held at the jail but has not yet been arraigned on the new charge.
