The New York State Troopers from the Geneseo barracks announce the arrests of Adam J. Kenyon, age 32, of Tonawanda, N.Y., and Emmanuel J. Watts, age 27, of Amherst, N.Y., subsequent to making a traffic stop of a 2014 Ford Focus on Interstate 390 in the town of West Sparta.

Troopers located a total of 1.6 pounds of marijuana packaged in various weight denominations, various amounts of candy containing marijuana, 2-dextroamphetamine 30 mg pills, in addition to other drug paraphernalia. Adam J. Kenyon was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of Marijuana, 2nd degree, a class “D” Felony, one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled substance, 7th degree, a class “A” misdemeanor, and one count of a Controlled Substance not in Original Container, a Public Health Law violation.
Kenyon was arraigned at the Livingston County Jail central arraignment before Judge Torregiano. Kenyon was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail/$3,000 property bond. Kenyon is scheduled to re-appear in the town of West Sparta court on December 6, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. Emmanuel Watts was issued an appearance ticket for one count of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation, returnable to the town of West Sparta court on December 6, 2018 at 4:00 p.m.
