MOUNT MORRIS – The Village Board voted in favor of a $3,500 pay increase for newly elected mayor Frank Provo. NYS Mandates Another Small DA Pay Bump

LIVINGSTON COUNTY – The Board of Supervisors voted in favor of obeying a New York State regulation that requires a salary increase for the District Attorney totaling about $1,800. The increase is a statewide Cost of Living Adjustment for all county court judges, who are paid by the state and have their salaries set by the state Judicial Compensation Commission.
