MOUNT MORRIS – The Mount Morris Police Department arrested a Silver Springs man on a felony charge for allegedly sexually abusing a 10-year-old in 2015. Mount Morris Looks Into Boarding House’s Code Compliance

MOUNT MORRIS – The Mount Morris Village Board said at their board meeting that they are having an independent attorney look into the status of a boarding house in the Village. Driver Without Seat Belt Runs into Trees in Mount Morris

MOUNT MORRIS – A pickup truck ran off of Begole Road and struck multiple trees late Monday morning. According to first responders on scene, the truck was southbound on Begole Road when it suddenly ran off the right shoulder of the road and struck multiple trees at about 11:40 a.m. The driver did not suffer any serious injuries.
